We brought our 2015 Acura in for a "check up" this week, and once again received excellent service from our Service Advisor (Jack A.). Shortly after dropping off the car, he called to let us know that the inspection was completed. We approved the recommended items; and the work was completed quickly (including car wash and vacuuming interior). Professional, clean and courteous

7500 mile maintenance on our RDX went south when tech noticed possible oil leak around rear main seal. Loaner was used overnight. Service determined that oil was not a leak but rather some oil left from vehicle assembly. Will return for check-up in 500 miles. Thank you Chris for using the "better safe than sorry" policy here.

Acura had a recall for my vehicle. Jack Aran my service advisor took care of getting the loaner vehicle set up and took care of getting my car serviced quickly and efficiently.

I had called with an urgent issue on a late afternoon and they were able to fit me in the next morning which was great because they had mentioned they were very busy that day. They were able to give me my car's diagnostic hours before the estimated time frame and were also able to fix my car sooner than expected as well. They were all very kind and communicative, specifically Jack, who was the employee that helped me out along the way. I would definitely recommend going there for future service.

Jack was great- very personable ,attentive and responsive to my MDX being serviced for multiple recalls. He updated me daily on where they were at with the repairs. He also was able to get me a loaner with third row seats, which was a huge deal because this was during the holiday’s and I’ve got a huge family and we were traveling to Texas- with the recalls I know loaner cars are tough to come by! All in all, Jack made my first experience servicing my MDX with your dealership great and will definitely use you again on my next service or maintenance need!

I've been happy with my car service experiences at this shop over the past 3 years. They have always been helpful, friendly, and professional. Cost for services are comparable to others. I love their waiting area with wifi, coffee/drinks, and snacks available. Makes it easy to work a little while I wait for an oil change. Their service loaner vehicles are newer and in immaculate shape. I'm always well taken care of at this dealership.

This was my time ever taking my car to courtesy Acura. First I was greeted by a friendly services person who gave details of what was going to happen. I appreciate how they clean your car inside and outside after your service is done. Their waiting room is an incredible space to work from.
