Jack, in the service department, was super helpful. The prices were fair and the turnaround was super fast. Even though I was only scheduled for an oil change and inspection, they made time for everything and worked very quickly while I waited. I mentioned a noise that was concerning to me; and, because Jack did not write me off, he had the mechanic look deeper into the issue and discovered an emergent safety issue that was on the brink of failure. The issue was addressed at a reasonable price and I even received a follow-up text the next day asking how the RDX was running. I am super grateful they paid attention to my concern and, as a first time customer, had a fantastic experience with Courtesy Acura. Keep up the good work. I will be back.

Just had my MDX serviced at Courtesy Acura today. Car was ready at the promised time. Kenny Starke was my service rep and he’s amazing! So friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My husband and I are so impressed with this dealership and so happy we bought our car here. We highly recommend Courtesy Acura service, they are the best. When I got into my car to drive off there was a chilled bottle of water AND a chocolate mint waiting for me, totally made my day!
